Thursday Morning was a nut house. Some of the evening staff for got to the post tax exempts. A man chewed my ass off because of a computer issues. I also found out he was on a treadmill when the power went off. I also got from him that he has had issues on other stays as well. Any way the front desk was just busy busy busy fixing statements,checking folks out just all sorts of things.

  I will be so glad when we get renovated. It will be looks only but we need that as well. This is a twenty year old building and the builder’s where not the smartest i am lead to be leave. Just up dated mattress and bedding will be a blessing. I think the thing they complain about the most is pluming issues. That will take a lot of time and money. Well that’s how my shift ended for Thursday morning here at work.

    The rest of the day went pretty will. Although i was a bit up set went i finally figured out what that pee smell was over  by the mic. One of the cats had to have tinkled in it. I’m not happy! My younger brother Dave comes and stays with me off and on. Well Dave has problems shutting things and the mic is one of  the doors he can’t seem to shut. So  i think Dave left the door open and one of my cats (Cotton)   Did her business in there. I keep telling him to shut it and that it was going to get broken off but never did I dream this would happen.

  I started my day out or I should say ended my day by running by my other job to check on what day i worked next. As it turned out i was do in at 10:30 am. that same day. No problem i will go get something to eat and take a hour nape.

   I get home eat get on the computer play a game put some laundry in. I laid down about 8:30am. I figured i would have a good hour nape before i went in. No i was wrong  my schedule was messed up and they just had to call me just when i had fallen asleep. It still was not what i was wanting up that’s life some times.   I got to sleep for about 45 minutes not too bad considering.

   The next thing on my list was to check the dryer to make sure my pants where dry nope still wet. So i put them back on for a bit longer. I think i was running behind about 5 minutes this morning. On my way to work my coffee up i had popped open and drenched me and the car with sugared coffee. Why did i bother washing my uniform? I will never know.

     The rest of the day went ok. I served lunch to a large group with two new ladies very nice both of them. Would love to work with them again any time. Ok so far so good I head home go in the house to change clothing. Get a bucket of soapy water… That’s when I saw it. The sun light coming in from the back door.? How did it get open? How long had it been open? So i called the police to come by the house and let him know once more my home has been broken into. I had a bunch of stuff in front of the back door so they must have seen it and decided it was not worth it. Nothing was missing.

   All though i would like to know why when i lock my self out of the house i cant get in the back door and the kids can?? Something’s wrong with this that’s all i can say. ….

     My niece’s boy friend graduated today. His family all came into town to celebrate with him. His parents cooked for us. We had stake and they had crab legs (NASTY!). We played ladder ball and all got along fine.

      My sister works for the Chase Hotel and we were able to get his family rooms there. As well as use a meeting room for a dinner. If you have never stayed at one before they are really nice. The one here in Kansas City has been up dated and looks great.

      The only bad thing about tonight was or is that I had to come to work so I was unable to drink wine. I hope they are able to come back this way again I would have like to get to know them a more.

     I am not sure whats going on lately but i seems to be having nothing but issues of  late. I have had our Internet system at my hotel go down. Our saflock system. I came in to night and now its our phone system.

   I have had guest yell at me for the bar across the street playing their music too loud. Guest throwing their alarm clock out in the hall. 911 hang up calls. Sex in front of the front door of the hotel. Bra and panties found in lot next morning.

   One part of the week we had owners in. Now we will be having an inspection from some other lady from headquarters. We where also full up with kids kids and more kids over the last two weekends. My security guard is a wimp the kids just run all over him.

   I was so tired when i got off work on Sunday morn. I think i sleep Sunday away. I just hope its a quite week this week……

Dom Deluise has passed away at age 75. He pass on monday May 5th. He will be sorrly missed.
